The fan out preset (RV4905, the tenth comparison experiment): every mechanism a capped specialist needs already existed, spread over four guide pages, and the experiment's harness assembled them wrong: a call cap a quarter below the template with no extension to convert the unspent money, and an all ok acceptance with no salvage arm, so one surplus bookkeeping call rejected the whole run at 22 percent of its budget. The preset returns the research profile with RESEARCH_FAN_OUT_LIMITS merged under the caller's limits, estCost set to the declared money, and the acceptance that pairs with it: all-ok with both salvage arms, onUnreachable: 'notify', the binding evidence floor when a contract is declared, the roster floor when children is given. Pair it with childBrief: 'goal' so every child reads the task.
